Vassilis Rabbat was born in 1967 in Beirut, Lebanon and lives in Athens since 1975.
He studied at the Athens University of Economics and Business.

He has been working in Xerox Hellas since 1989. He started his career as a Sales Representative, holding several managerial positions ever since. In 1994 he assumed responsibility for the Large Accounts Sales Department, in 1997 he was the Concessionaires and Indirect Channel Manager and from 2000 until 2002 he was the Commercial Director of Xerox Hellas, responsible for both Sales and Marketing activities of the company.

Since January 2003, he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of Xerox Hellas S.A.

Vassilis Rabbat joined ACEO’ Board of Directors in 2012 as Treasurer and from 2016 he served as General Secretary. In March 2018 he was elected as the Chairman of ACEO’s Board of Directors.
He is also a member of the AMCHAM Leadership Committee.

Marios Mikaits was born in 1967 in Athens, he is Mechanical Engineer graduated from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA).

He works at ELINOIL S.A. (Petroleum Company) since 1993 as a Technical & Procurement Director.

At 2000 he has also undertaken the responsibility of establishing and running ELIN TECHNICAL S.A. (Construction Company) and since then he is the General Manager & Chief Commercial Officer.

He is a member and has been an Executive Coordinator at the Hellenic Petroleum Marketing Companies Association (SEEPE).
He is member of the Board of Directors at the Association of Chief Executive Officers (ACEO).
He is a member at the Technical Chamber of Greece and also a Member of the Manufacturers' Experience Register.

Υannis Papachristou was born in Greece in 1970. He began his studies at the National Technical University of Athens as a Chemical Engineer and completed obtaining a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Geneva.

In 1996 he took his first professional steps in the Marketing department of Johnson & Johnson Hellas where he started as an Assistant Brand Manager and developed into a Marketing Manager. In 2000 he took over the position of Marketing Director at L'Oreal Hellas, and then moved to the company's headquarters in Paris, where he worked as Marketing Director - Europe Zone 10 and supervised, among other things, the Scandinavian countries, the Netherlands , Belgium, Portugal, Turkey, and Switzerland. From 2006 to 2013 he was General Manager - L’Oreal Mass Market Division in three countries (Hungary, Greece and Russia).

In 2014 he transferred to Coca Cola HBC Russia as Commercial General Manager and in 2016 he returned to Greece as Country Manager / Managing Director of Greece and Cyprus Coca Cola 3E. In September 2020 he moved to Chipita where he took over the role of Deputy CEO of the Group and is also a member of the Board of Directors.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of ECR ​​Hellas and was chairman of the Organizing Committee of the EASE Conference in 2020.

Yannis, was born in 1960 in Athens, he  is married  and has two children of, 24 and 22 years old.

His studies are in Mechanical Engineering in UK and Business Administration with Marketing major in the American College of Greece, from where he graduated on 1985.

From 1981 to 1996, he worked in various companies, in different sectors ( Tourism, Manufacturing, Shipping and Services) both in Greece and Internationally as a Sales Manager and Business Development positions.

In 1997 joined Accor Services as Commercial Manager and in 1997, he was appointed CEO.

In 2010 the Accor Services was separated from Accor and was renamed to Edenred, where he continues to this day as CEO.

Valeria Tsami is the CEO of FOCUS BARI, a leading Greek consulting company focusing on market research & customer experience. In 27 years of successful professional career, she has held various positions of responsibility, has handled important accounts of Greek and multinational companies in different sectors and has unique experience and specialization in Media Audience measurement Surveys in Greece.

Believing in the power of cooperation to achieve common goals, she is an Alternate Member of the Board of ACEO and Head of the ACEO's Task Force for Equal Opportunities in Leadership, President of SEDEA (Association of Polling & Market Research Companies), member of the PES and a member of EEET. From 2004 to 2019 she was representative for Greece of the EMRO network (European Media Research Organizations).

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy of the Athens University, with specialization in Psychology and holds an MSc Research Methods in Psychology from the University of Reading in England. Through the ICPS Triple Certificate in Coaching program in 2014, she obtained the certifications Coaching Clinic Certificate (CCU), CEU Certificate in Coaching for High Performance (AMA) and Certificate in Solution-Focused Coaching (MDI).
She was born and raised in Athens, is married and has a daughter.

Dorina Economopoulou is the General Manager of Marsh Greece, the global leader in insurance brokerage and risk management services.
She started at Marsh in 1994, was promoted to Director of Business Development in 2000, then to Deputy General Manager and in 2015 to General Manager. In 2018 he received the honorary distinction of Turn Around CEO in Eastern Europe for the improvement of the results and the development of the company in Greece. In 2020 Marsh was distinguished as the country with the largest sales increase in 2019 in Europe while in 2021 for its results.
Has many years of experience in providing risk and insurance consulting services in the sectors: Construction, Infrastructure, PPPs and Concessions, Energy, Financial, Food / Beverages, Pharmaceutical, Real Estate and has led the Complex Financing, Mergers / Exhaust Units of FIN in GREECE.
She began her career in 1988 at Koumbas Insurance Services, then went on to work at Natwest Insurance Services as a Business Development and Technical Risk Manager.
Born in Greece, he grew up in Egypt and has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus.
He is a member of the Hellenic Committee of Lloyd’s Brokers Associates, former President of SEMA, a member of the EASE and the EASE Equal Opportunities and Institutional Affairs Committee.
George Katiniotis

George Katiniotis is an engineer and  C-level executive having worked during his professional career in a broad spectrum of industries.

Since January 2019, he is the CEO of SPEEDEX SA. The period 2007-2018 he worked for PwC HR Services SA (ex- Eurobank Business Services SA), holding the CEO title since January 2014. In PwC he was also the Consumer and Industrial products and Services Leader and supervisor of PwC’s Academy.

In the past George Katiniotis had also BoD, C-level and senior positions in large Greek and multinational companies,  Emporiki Bank Group, Mercedes-Benz Hellas, Inchcape Group, Asea Brown Boveri, Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company and Viohalco Group.  He had also served as a Visiting Fellow of Nottingham Business School.

He has a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (ΕΜΠ) and a MSc in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick, speaks Greek, English, French and German, and has studied piano and music theory. He has also participated in various advanced training  programs from established training organizations. A keen chess player, George Katiniotis has represented Greece in international tournaments and won the first place in 1992 in the first Greek correspondence chess tournament. He is also a passionate runner and triathlete, having participated in numerous marathons and other races around the globe. He is married and has four daughters.

Born in Athens in 1946. He studied Economics and Political Sciences at Panteion University and holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Cambridge University.

He started his professional career with the company “Greek Industries S.A.” and continued in the banking sector assuming several managerial positions in the National Bank of Greece and Bank of America.

In 1974 he started a long term cooperation with National Westminster Bank in Great Britain, being involved in the establishment of the Bank's operation in Greece and holding several managerial positions.

In 1991 he assumed the position of Executive President of National Westminster Group in Greece with overall responsibility for Cyprus and the Balkans.

After the withdrawal of NATWEST from Greece, he was successfully involved in the establishment and management of companies both in Greece and abroad.

From 2004 to 2007 he served as the Executive President of the Hellenic Center for Investments, responsible for foreign investments in Greece.

He served as a member of the Main Council of the Ministry of Administrative Reform and                    e-Governance, responsible for the selection of the Public Sector’s managers.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic-British Chamber of Commerce.
