#EASEwebinars: 13th CEOnergies"Learning Agility as a Leadership Competence" with Kostas Axarloglou

In the framework of "Be the CEO of your Career" meetings, the Task Force for Equal Opportunities in Leadership, organised the 13th Business CEOnergies Breakfast under the title: "Learning Agility as a Leadership Competence- The power to Learn, Unlearn, Relearn" and keynote speaker Mr. Kostas Axarloglou, Dean and Professor of International Business Relations of Alba Graduate Business School.

Mr. Axarloglou in his presentation regarding Learning Agility, emphasized on leaders' need to develop certain skills and adopt pioneer approaches in the era of continuous change. Furthermore, he noticed that flexibility as a way of living consists crucial characteristic of future leaders.

During the event, Mrs. Siana Kyriacou, member of the ACEO's Task Force, Partner & COO, KPMG Greece, presented KPMG's CEO Outlook regarding flexibility.
Mrs. Valeria Tsamis, Head of the Task Force and Managing Director, Focus Bari had the coordination of the event.
