Legal Support Program

The core of the Legal Support Program is to offer ACEO members support on an advisory level or in legal representation regarding situations which may arise in the workplace.

Such situations can be:

  • Legal responsibility of top executives
  • Issues arising from termination of employment
  • Drawing up contracts of employment between members and employers
  • Problems concerning the non observation of the terms of employment contracts
  • Problems concerning compensations
